部分服务或内容需要付费。所有价格均含适用税费（除非另有说明）。付款成功后，除非法律另有规定，虚拟物品和数字内容的购买通常不予退款。
如遇技术问题导致购买失败但已扣款，请在7日内联系客服，我们将核实后处理退款。
我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止全部或部分服务的权利，恕不另行通知。对于服务中断或终止造成的损失，我们不承担责任。
我们可能在服务终止前提前通知，以便您导出数据或完成未完成的交易，但不作保证。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Aispacegame Pte. Ltd. (the "Company," "we," or "us") concerning your use of our games, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to accept these Terms.

Our Services include AI-driven features such as smart matchmaking, personalized recommendations, and dynamic content generation. These features operate algorithmically and may not always be perfect. We do not warrant the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content and reserve the right to adjust AI systems at any time.
Some services or content require payment. All prices include applicable taxes (unless otherwise noted). After successful payment, purchases of virtual items and digital content are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
If a technical issue causes a failed purchase with charge, please contact support within 7 days. We will verify and process the refund accordingly.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any or all Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruption or termination.
We may provide advance notice before terminating a service so you can export data or complete pending transactions, but no guarantee is made.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aispacegame Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via in-game notification, email, or website announcement. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

一部のサービスまたはコンテンツは有料です。すべての価格には適用税が含まれます（特に記載がない限り）。支払い完了後、法律で別途定められていない限り、バーチャルアイテムおよびデジタルコンテンツの購入は原則として返金されません。

本サービスは「現状のまま」および「利用可能な限り」提供され、明示または黙示を問わずいかなる保証も伴いません。適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、当社はサービスの中断、エラー、ウイルスのないことを保証しません。
適用法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、Aispacegame Pte. Ltd. は、本サービスの利用または利用できないことから生じる間接的、付随的、特別、結果的または懲罰的損害について、当該損害の可能性を通知されていた場合でも、責任を負いません。
お客様に対する当社の総責任は、請求発生前12ヶ月間に当該サービスに対してお客様が支払った金額を超えないものとします。
本規約はシンガポール法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。本規約またはサービスに関して生じた紛争は、まず当事者間で誠実な協議により解決するものとします。解決に至らない場合、シンガポールの裁判所を専属的管轄とします。
当社は本規約を随時更新する場合があります。重大な変更の場合、少なくとも30日前にゲーム内通知、メール、またはウェブサイトでお知らせします。サービスを継続してご利用いただくことで、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
